Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make at The Bobble Hat Shop.  If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or return it for a refund for the purchase price of your merchandise.

Only new and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.  Any merchandise that arrives after the 14 day period will only be eligible for an exchange.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  We ship exchanges, Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded).

When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage to The Bobble Hat Shop. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery to The Bobble Hat Shop. We ship exchanged products back to you for free with Royal Mail 2nd class service.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, The Bobble Hat Shop will cover any additional postage costs incurred.

International customers WILL be responsible for all shipping costs (Exchange shipping costs are the same as the original) We will require payment before we can ship any international exchange.

Please repack merchandise in the original shipping carton (or of the equivalent quality) and ship to the following address:
